We loved the warm welcome and friendly staff. The hotel offers amazing views of the mountain and sunset, and we were encouraged to enjoy drinks outside. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a balcony to enjoy the exceptional view. The breakfast selection included local and homemade bread and jam, and the restaurant service was excellent. The chef used herbs from their garden and created delicious dishes. The large playroom with cool toys kept our toddler happy.
No issues.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the stunning location on Rigi mountain. The staff are friendly and kind, and the basic amenities in the rooms are clean and comfortable. The highlight, however, is the breakfast selection. With a variety of local and homemade bread, jam, juice, and delicious dishes made with herbs from their own garden, it's a delightful way to start the day.
All was perfect.

Spectacular mountain views from the hotel. Comfortable rooms with great beds. The breakfast had homemade bread, jams, and cheese from the surrounding area. The hotel also offers a sauna and massage center and welcomes dogs. The location is close to skiing facilities and the cogwheel train station.
The food served at the hotel restaurant is expensive. The isolated location only leaves a few other restaurant options in the mountain area.

Liked the location of the hotel, which is situated in a serene and tranquil surrounding. the mountain views from the balcony were breathtaking. the hotel staff welcomed me with open arms and ensured that my stay was pleasant. I also enjoyed the spa and massage services offered by the hotel, which were revitalizing and rejuvenating.
Disliked that the food at the restaurant was quite expensive and complicated, with limited other nearby options to eat. the lack of a wider variety of breakfast options was a disappointment.
